Tammy Ann Morris, age 62, of Green Bay, was born on August 8, 1960 and passed on August 29, 2022 after a long illness due to dementia. She was the daughter of Kenneth and the late Julie (Korth) Luniak.
Tammy was a graduate of Southwest High School. She worked as a caregiver in her earlier years.
Tammy is survived by her sons: Matt (Juana) DeMuth of Green Bay, Mike (Melissa) DeMuth of Appleton; her grandchildren: Madison, Hailey, Kaleb, Candias, Landon, Bryson, Calvin, and Keegan; father, Ken Luniak; sister, Connie (Dave) Prothero; and niece, Melony (Jed) Doepker.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Julie on July 11, 2019.
A private family service will take place. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery.
