Terry Ray Johnson, 53, of Oneida, passed away early Thursday morning, October 22, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born February 5, 1962, son of Dave Johnson and Jan (Mueller) Johnson.
He attended Northwestern Military Academy, graduating in 1980.
He is survived by his parents, Dave Johnson, Oneida and Jan Johnson, Middleburg Virginia; aunts and uncles: Carol Truel, Ron (Debbie) Mueller, Jack (Roberta) Mueller, Jim Johnson, Steve (Emily) Johnson, Sam (Jean) Johnson, Claudia (Dan) Zittlow and Wendy (Rick) Bloedorn.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Claude and Angie Johnson; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Blossom Mueller.
Private family services were held. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements.
