VANBOXTEL, THOMAS S.
Thomas S. VanBoxtel, age 52, Los Angeles, California (formerly of Freedom) passed away recently in California after a lengthy illness, from complications due to multiple sclerosis and kidney failure. He was born April 25, 1955, the son of Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug and the late Ervin P. Van Boxtel. Tom was a graduate of Madison University with a Major Degree in Journalism and Research. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Los Angeles.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug, Freedom; and his sisters: Judy (Jim) Ihde, Seymour; Donna Champeau, Green Bay; Patricia (Dave) Feldkamp, Wrightstown; Lisa (Terry) Adams, Appleton; his brothers: Randy Van Boxtel, Illinois; James (Kathy) Van Boxtel, Freedom; William (Jennifer) Van Boxtel, Black Creek; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
Tom was preceded in death by, his dad, Ervin Van Boxtel, step-father, Norman Hug and one brother, Eugene Van Boxtel.
Private funeral services for family will be held at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour with Deacon Don Newhouse officiating. Burial will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Freedom, WI. Online condolences may be expressed at www.boettcherfuneralhomes.com .
The family would like to thank the outstanding staff at Hollywood Presbertian Hospital and the care givers, who cared for Tom during his last days of illness.
