Vernon Rusch
March 12, 1927 — October 10, 2008
Vernon "Guy" Rusch, age 81, of Seymour passed away Friday, October 10, 2008. He was born March 12, 1927, son of the late Benjamin and Emma (Noack) Rusch.
He was united in marriage to Dolores Seefeldt on June 7, 1952. Guy and Dolores spent their lives together building Chicken Alley Farms. He was a member of the Seymour United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Christine (Lavern) Bunnell, Seymour; five grandchildren: Vicky (Scott) Felty, Seymour; Nicole (Shawn) Stutzman, Eau Claire; Guy (Pamela) Bunnell, Christopher Bunnell, and Garrison Bunnell, all of Seymour; seven great-grandchildren: Emma, Kaitlyn and Andrew Felty, Ivan Stutzman, Courtney, Mason and Wyatt Bunnell; one brother and sister-in-law William (Catherine) Rusch; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Barbara (Victor) Muenster and Linda (Norman) Rohm; and a brother-in-law James (Edna) Seefeldt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant son, one granddaughter, Melissa, sister and brother-in-law Anelda (Roger) Wisniewski, and his wife.
Friends may call to Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 from 4 to 8 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at United Methodist Church, Seymour, from 9:30 AM until time of services at 10:30 AM. Pastor Rebecca Henry officiating. Burial will be in the Seymour City Cemetery.
