Virginia "Ginger" D. Hoppe, 55, of Fremont, passed away Monday evening, February 9, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 26, 1959 daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice (Vander Velden/ Welhouse) Van Roy.
Ginger enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, bon-fires, and spending time in the garden. She enjoyed her time spent with her family, her fiancAC., Jim and friends. Virginia was employed for 36 years at the Neenah Foundry.
She is survived by her daughters: Jessica (Jesse) Peeters and Nicki Hoppe (significant other, Dave Skinkis); grandson Elliot; two sisters: Mary (Leon) Doering, Debbie (John) Probst; two brothers: Richard (Bobbie) Van Roy and Joe (Maureen) Van Roy; fiancAC., James Stichman; two dogs: Oscar and Kennedy.
