Virginia Werner

Mrs. Marvin (Virginia) Werner, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017, at American Grand in Kaukauna.
Virginia was born May 17, 1918, at Seymour, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Arnold and Susan (Shier) Schultz.
On August 17, 1940, she was married to Marvin Werner at Milton Junction, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death October 5, 2004.
In 1936 Virginia graduated from Seymour High School. She was a graduate from Bellin Memorial School of Nursing in 1939. Following her retirement from nursing, she and her husband moved to Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. They were Charter Members of the Fairfield Glade Community Church and remained very active in the activities of the church until they returned to Wisconsin in 1994.
Virginia is survived by her son, James; grandson, Christopher; sisters-in-law: Pam Schultz, Mary Werner, Rev. Margaret Schultz, Laurie Sahreveide, and Evelyn Werner; cousins and several nieces and nephews, special friend, Catherine Beckman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her brothers, Merlin and Richard Schultz; brother-in-law, Dallas Werner and her special friends, Frances Beckman and Carlton and Kathleen Krabbe.
Private memorial services will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery in the spring.
