William "Bill" J. Krause, 66, of Black Creek passed away suddenly of natural causes on Monday, July 17, 2023 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. He was born on January 6, 1957 a son of the late Robert and Joan (Schroeder) Krause.
Bill attended and graduated from Seymour High School in 1975.
He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Deborah C. Lorenz on August 2, 1980 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour.
Bill started driving milk truck in April of 1976 and continued until his semi-retirement earlier this year. He built and fostered many lifelong friendships through the thousands of visits he made to the area dairy farms.
Bill enjoyed bowling with Debbie in the couples league, going to toy shows, and collecting toy tractors.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters: Amanda (Ryan) Marin, Laci (Eric) Rilling; grandson, Reed Marin; brother, John (Amy) Krause; nieces and nephews: Brooke, Heather, and David Krause, and Julia Stadler. Further survived by his in-laws, nieces, and nephews in the Lorenz family; uncle, Howard (Dawn) Schroeder; aunt, Vergene Krause; and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Krause; father-in-law and mothers-in-law, Kenneth Lorenz, Patricia and Alice Lorenz; aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Visitation for Bill will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm. Visitation will continue at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 9am until the service of remembrance at 11am with Rev. Karin Dereene officiating.
